Successful pub operator, Redcomb Pubs Ltd, re-launches The Bickley in Chislehurst as The Bickley Pub & Steakhouse. Opening on Friday 26th May, the popular pub has undergone a major renovation and refurbishment, introducing a fresh and contemporary new look to the dining room, bar areas and garden. The menu has also been redefined to offer a steakhouse focus, capitalising on 28-day aged, premium cuts of beef that are succulent, tender and full of flavour.
Expect to find all your classics; rump, fillet, ribeye and sirloin, hung and dry aged to perfection and served fresh from the grill with a choice of sauces, including classic peppercorn or rich béarnaise. The new menu also features a range of other pub favourites on and off the grill section, including a show-stopping rack of ribs, classic creamy fish pie and a selection of hand pressed, short rib burgers each served with a tantalising range of toppings.
